Refunds & Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to inspect and return your item. Returned clothing items must be:

Unworn and unwashed (no perfume, sweat, or makeup traces)

In original condition and packaging (labels, tags, dust bags, etc.)

Free of damage, stains, or alterations not caused by Vortenea

Accompanied by all original accessories (buttons, ribbons, laces, etc.)
Items not meeting these conditions aren’t eligible for a refund or exchange.
